Burnley Electrical and Plumbing Supplies — Your Trusted Local Merchant Since 1990

Welcome to Burnley Electrical and Plumbing Supplies, proudly serving Burnley, Lancashire and the wider North West from our home at 27A Old Hall Street, Burnley, BB10 1DF. Established back in 1990, we have now been trading for over three and a half decades, building a reputation as one of the area’s most reliable and knowledgeable suppliers of quality plumbing, heating, bathroom and electrical products. When you choose us, you’re choosing a business rooted in Burnley, with a track record that speaks for itself — over 35 years of serving trade professionals, DIY enthusiasts and local homeowners alike.

Located just off Elm Street in central Burnley, our spacious premises combine a well-stocked warehouse with a bright, modern showroom displaying hundreds of products — from complete bathroom suites, showers, taps, tiles and sanitaryware, to lighting, electrical fittings, heating components and everyday plumbing essentials. We hold stock across more than 80,000 square feet of space, meaning what you need is often on the shelf and ready to collect or deliver straight away. Whether you’re a plumber working on a tight schedule, an electrician sourcing fixtures, or a homeowner planning a full renovation, we maintain deep stock levels so you can keep your project moving.

We believe high-quality supplies shouldn’t come with high-street markups. By sourcing direct from trusted manufacturers and buying in volume, we cut out middlemen to offer trade prices to all — on everything from pipes, fittings and radiators, to premium bathroom brands and electrical components. Every product is selected for reliability and performance, and most come with a minimum 1-year parts guarantee, so you can buy in total confidence. Our team has decades of combined experience and is always on hand to offer honest advice, help you compare options, or find the right part fast — no jargon, just straightforward help.

Trade customers are the heart of our business. We offer fast account setup, flexible terms, priority stock allocation and reliable local delivery across Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale and the surrounding Lancashire area — using our own vehicles for speed and care. We’re open Monday to Saturday with early opening hours to fit around your working day, and we aim to process orders and get you back on site with minimal delay. For larger orders or specialist electrical and heating items, we can source direct from suppliers quickly, keeping your project on track and on budget.

For homeowners and DIYers, our friendly team is just as ready to help. Visit our Old Hall Street showroom to see designs in real life, feel the quality of our bathroom and lighting ranges, and take advantage of our free planning and design service. We can help you match tiles, choose fixtures, calculate materials and recommend compatible electrical and heating solutions — all at prices that compare favourably against the big national chains. Plus, if you need a trusted local tradesperson to carry out the work, we can put you in touch with reliable professionals we know and trust.
