Terms and Conditions
For collections please ensure that you have pre-arranged with us by telephone 0844 88 495 88. For courier delivery, we require:
Your full name delivery address
best day and time for delivery
contact landline and preferably mobile phone numbers.
We cannot arrange delivery without this information.
If the courier misses a pre-arranged delivery then extra charges may be incurred due to customer not being present.
Please do not sign for the item until you are satisfied that it is in a perfect condition. Any discrepancies should be marked as damaged on the couriers note and phoned through to us and preferably the courier’s office as soon as possible.
Cancellation & Returns:
Should an item be required to be cancelled or returned back to us, then you should contact us as soon as possible or submit a ticket from our support section no later than fourteen days from delivery, should the error be from ourselves then a refund will be issued subject to reason and the final decision will be made by us. You are responsible for returning the goods to us, the return cost will differ depending on the size of the item, we will advise of the return cost beforehand. They item/s must be returned un-opened in the same condition as they were sent (except where it is our error). Any items which are good stock or not in their original state may incur a 25% handling/restocking charge.
Please contact us prior to arrange a return and we will issue a RMA number which must be shown on all returned orders.
Due to health & safety reasons items such as showers, whirlpool baths, macerators, gas boilers and electrical items cannot be returned if they have been unpacked unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
